Happy Easter to all of you who celebrate! We dropped my sister off at the airport early Saturday morning, and immediately headed to the grocery store, tea in hand, to prep for Easter dinner later that evening.
After spending a couple hours in the kitchen (even the husband contributed this year!) we headed to my husbands grandmas house to share a big veggie-filled feast. It was a fun, relaxing Easter. Best of all, my first Easter with no animal products or gluten, whatsoever. It was amazing and I was stuffed to the brim!
