Making moves

I get a lot of questions, often after my posts, looking for the recipes for the smoothies I drink a few times a week. Every so often after a really good one, Ill post a recipe- but the truth is, I dont tend to use recipes! I just add what sounds good and drink er on up.

But since I got a few requests, I decided it was about time I posted a couple of my recent favorites.

As you may notice, there has been a little bit of a theme going on with my morning smoothies lately: desserts. I often crave sweet breakfasts, and what I find is if I start the day with a delicious, healthy sweet smoothie made with natural sweeteners, I dont have as many sweet cravings during the day! Try it, maybe it will work for you too 🙂

These two smoothies have been on rotation once or twice a week for the last couple few weeks- I just cant get enough! And packed with fruit, raw protein, healthy fats and super foods, I only feel like Im indulging!
