1/2 cup frozen mangos or peaches
2 dates, without pit
2 cups kale, chard, spinach or your desired mixture
1/2 apple
1/4 medium size cucumber
1/2 lemon, peeled
3 T raw hemp hearts
1/2 cup almond milk
